Order Processing

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In general, orders will ship within 1 - 3 business days, though orders placed before noon EST on weekdays will often ship the same day. Holidays and peak sales periods may affect your shipment timeframe.

All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS. If you choose an express option, please also email hello@chango.shop and we will get started ASAP.

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with your tracking number.

Please contact us immediately with any changes as we are unable to cancel an order after we have started the shipment process. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return policy

All Items are Final Sale. We are not responsible for return shipping materials or postage. Price adjustments will not be honored.

Item Availability

All items sold online are subject to availability. We try our best to fulfill all online orders, but if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for that item.

Environmental Commitment

We care about the environment, and because of that Chango Shop does its best to be environmentally friendly. We try and reuse shipping materials that we receive from our wholesale orders. All new shipping materials we use are made from recycled paper and are 100% biodegradable. We encourage our customers to recycle or reuse all shipping materials received. We also give 1% of our profits back to the environment to help causes close our heart including ocean cleanup and clean air initiatives. In our shop and office, we recycle everything we can, use recycled and sustainable paper products, and utilize high efficiency systems. We try to do everything we can to make the earth a better place for future generations.

I saw something that I love on your Instagram; how do I find that item?

If you see something you love from our Instagram, please leave a comment on the post and we will share the source if able! Please understand many larger items are custom or one-of-a-kind. You can also email hello@chango.shop with a screenshot of the post, and someone will follow up with you.

Do you offer interior design services through your store?

Unfortunately, we do not offer interior design services through the Chango & Co. shop, but we have a few very creative and fun shopkeepers that are always happy to help. Do your pillows come with inserts?

Yes, all of our pillows come with inserts!

How do I wash this?

Please review the care instructions listed as part of the item's description. Although many of our items are machine washable or dishwasher safe, we often recommend taking the time to wash them by hand so as to preserve their initial appearance.

Some kitchen goods, such as our marble or wood boards, require a bit of upkeep. Please do not leave these submerged under water for long periods of time. We recommend using a mineral oil treatment on wood products every so often to keep these items looking their best.

If you are unsure of how to care for an item, we suggest you err on the side of caution. Please understand that we are not responsible for items that have been ruined or damaged by the user.
